Grand Gimeno is one of our favorite wedding venues to work at! As a Jay’s Catering venue, the food is destined to WOW guests and foodie couples alike. Vanessa + David fell in love with this Mediterranean-meets-Spanish style venue and knew that they had to get married here!

Details

Vanessa loved all shades green as the focal color of her wedding day. The couple wanted to incorporate their Mexican heritage within their invitations and overall table scape design. The colors + details beautifully complemented this modern venue.

Cocktail Hour

Guests started their day joining the couple at their traditional church ceremony before heading to Grand Gimeno. Cocktail hour was outside in the courtyard where guests gathered under olive trees as they sipped on signature cocktails. The focal part of this social hour was the seating chart, that made for a fun photo background as well as a way for guests to find their tables.

Reception

We love to give our couples the option if they’d like a ‘first look’ for their reception space! Vanessa + David opted to check out their complete reception and have an intimate moment together to fully take in their wedding day. Details of the place settings included wooden fans and custom menus. The fans were both gorgeous AND functional as the late July evening was quite warm. Tabletop floral arrangements included a muted array of colors that complemented the greenery within the venue. It was SO fun to get to see the design adapted around venue’s modern color pallette + architecture!

Vanessa + David had an amazing time at their colorful Grand Gimeno wedding. It was a pleasure to work with these two and I look forward to our future events at this venue!
