+ Unlimited email communication upon signing of contract
+ Assistance and organization to begin 6-8 weeks prior to wedding date
+Review contracts of vendors prior to wedding to confirm quantities, orders.
+Contact vendors to coordinate set-up/strike times
+Coordination of rehearsal w/ officiant (2 hours total)
+ Manage floor plan compliance based upon decided floor plan
+ Set-up of personal items for welcome area, escort display, and reception details based upon direction. (Including: programs, menus, favors ,etc.)
+ Coordinate/Cue all entertainment / announcements during entire wedding
+ Create minute by minute timeline for entire wedding day from hair/make-up to strike time
+Distribute final payments + gratuities to vendors
+Full access to our event emergency kit + bridal bag

+ Research and Select Florist & Rentals (based upon budget + style)- additional vendors optional
+Place Rental orders + double check quantities

+Custom vendor recommendations for DJ, photo booth, hair/make-up, entertainment, other vendors
