  • Assistance begins upon signing + unlimited communication 
  • Scout venue locations, and attend walk throughs 
  • Guidance with overall vision + budget management for every vendor
  • Creation of wedding design to ensure cohesiveness 
  • Source + communicate with all vendors based on design + vision
  • Assist with contracting the Caterer, Florist, photographer, videographer, rentals, lighting, a beauty team, music, invitations, signage + more
  • Schedule and attend vendor meetings such as venue tours, tastings, mock ups, rental selection, etc. 
  • Place orders for rentals, linens, quantities + design details
  • Remain the main point of contact for all vendors throughout the planning process. 
  • Creation of minute by minute timeline + execution on wedding day. 
  • Coordination of Rehearsal  
  • Wedding Weekend Coverage included (up to 1 additional event)
  • Full Wedding day by Principal Planner Alesha ( + 2 assistants included)
  • Access to our wedding day emergency kit

  • Focused guidance on vision + design of the wedding
  • Planner will be the main point of contact for all design vendors at the start of working together. 
  • Creation of overall budget with guidance on budget allocation
  • Source florist + rentals, lighting, stages, dance floors, etc. based on overall vision + budget
  • Communicate detailed needs to floral, rentals, signage, lighting, staging, etc. (all aesthetic vendors).
  • Attend venue walk through, tasting / BEO meeting + design mock up. 
  • Creation of layout
  • Personalized recommendations for non design vendors 
  • Up to 12 hours of wedding day coverage + 2 assistants included 
  • Access to our wedding day emergency kit 

Management + Design

For the client who needs help tying things together with one of our associate planners

  • You will work with Alesha on logistics and be assigned one of our lead coordinators for wedding day.
  • Includes up to 3 zoom meetings to gather details of all vendors you've booked. 
  • Review of all vendor contracts and recommendations on any changes needed or items missed 
  • Will take over communication with your venue + vendors
  • Will attend your tasting and/or BEO meeting 
  • Will assist with finalizing signage + day of details to ensure cohesive with overall design that client created 
  • Recommendations for final details such as signage, personal items and wedding day
  • Creation of full wedding day timeline 
  • Running rehearsal + wedding day coordination
*Service begins 4 months prior to the event day* 
  • Alesha will assist you with venue search + theme creation
  • Work with one of our Associate planners on the event day
  • Includes in person site tours + zoom meetings to discuss planning details. 
  • Sourcing of vendors for the event such as floral, balloon, photo, video, rentals, etc. 
  • Review of all vendor contracts and recommendations on any changes needed
  • Will take over communication with your venue + vendors.
  • Will assist with finalizing signage + day of details to ensure cohesive with overall design that client created

Once we have a signed contract + deposit, depending on the level of service booked we will get started right away. We will send you a client portal, set up an intro planning meeting and get started.

We will go through all the details and plan your event from start to finish. We set up meetings to discuss vendors, design and create a full day of timeline.
