You’ve spent months planning out every single detail, so how do you plan the perfect wedding day timeline? We have a few ideas we think you’ll love.
Your wedding day will go by in a FLASH! With all of the excitement and nerves it can easily feel like the day goes by too fast. So here are some ways to make sure you soak in each moment of your wedding day.
Allot time in your morning to start it off right– whatever this may look like for you! Whether that’s waking up and getting your favorite cup of coffee, spending time meditating, or having mimosas with your crew! You will most likely be getting ready in the later morning so allowing for this time will start you off just right.
Whether you decide to do a first look or not, you will most likely be taking photos before your wedding ceremony. These are so special and will be something you truly want to remember. To make things less stressful for you, your family, and even your vendors add some time between the last session of photos and the ceremony. This will give you time to rest, reflect, and maybe even rehearse your vows!
After your ceremony, you will immediately jump into family photos and visiting with loved ones. While guests may want to catch up and talk about how dreamy everything is, we suggest taking this time to escape with your partner. Go enjoy some drinks and appetizers while you talk about it all! I mean you just got MARRIED!! These 10 to 20 minutes will be some you remember forever!
After you’ve returned to your guests and done a few dances, if you chosen to do so. Adding a sunset photo session to your wedding day timeline is a must in our opinion. Not only will these photos be so romantic and sweet but the memories from this session will be long-lasting.
Your perfect wedding is coming to a close, what better way to end the night than slow dancing with your partner? You can make this an intimate time by either sneaking back in after your send off or going to a separate location while your guests still dance. Your photographer and videographer can get some of the sweetest photos as you dance into the beginning of forever.
